Got what I ordered and all works well so far

This is a great model, it looks really cool with the lights. The only issue I have is that the back paddles are too easy to press by accident when holding the controller.
The customer service was excellent, I would recommend this company!

Controller is amazing and comfy, the rear rubber grips are great too.
