Can I send in my controller to mod?

You sure can! We take off £30 of the price of your configuration. Contact us for further information.

Do the back buttons have a name?

K1, K2, K3 and K4 (K3 and K4 are only on the four button model)

What the difference between two and four back buttons?

The two and four buttons, simple as that! Note: The two middle buttons (K3 and K4) on the four button models do not naturally rest on any of your fingers. Most players use their middle fingers to operate the four buttons.

Pro players often like to use 4 paddles as it gives them the most time on the sticks

Do you do repairs?

Yes. We can replace certain parts of the controller if they break down. Please use our contact form for any repair enquiries.

Can I collection?

We are an online store only. However if you are local, we could accommodate collection. Contact us before placing your order.

Do you ship outside UK?

Yes! We have opened our services and products worldwide. Place your order and set back and wait till the controller arrives.

Can I customise my controller?

Yes. We are working on implementing an app that allows you to choose your own colours and design. This will up live as soon as possible. In the meantime feel free to contact us for any designs you have in mind.

I want something that isn’t on the website, can I request additional works?

Yes! We encourage all players to create something they love. If we can
accommodate your request, we will try.

What courier do you use?

Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Tracking number will be provided once item has been dispatched.

How long will delivery take?

2-5 days if using our free 48 hour tracked service. You can upgrade to Special Delivery at an additional cost. This is usually next day delivery

What if I don’t like the controller and want to return it?

We are very confident players will love the high quality controllers we provide. In the very off chance players do not like the controller, we do not offer a full refund as stated on our returns page. But we are happy to customise it to your liking. If you don’t like the paddles for example, we can remove them and partially refund you the cost of the paddles. Please contact us for any queries and we will work alongside our customers.
